Acceptance of Terms
This website (the "Site") is operated by Alexander Rusov (the "Publisher"). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this User Agreement and Copyright Notice (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Publisher may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site. Continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
Editorial Purpose of the Site
This Site is an independent editorial, commentary, criticism, advocacy, and public-interest website. It presents the Publisher's personal opinions, interpretations, concerns, rhetorical characterizations, and document-based analysis regarding matters the Publisher considers to be of consumer and public importance.
The Site may include personal experience, commentary, criticism, comparison, timelines, headlines, captions, pull quotes, document excerpts, summaries, and links to source materials. Headings, captions, juxtapositions, and summaries are editorial in nature.
Nothing on this Site should be understood to mean that every disputed matter discussed has been adjudicated by a court, admitted by every referenced person or entity, or resolved in the Publisher's favor.
No Affiliation; No Sponsorship; Identification Only
This Site is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, authorized by, approved by, or operated by Volvo Car USA LLC, Volvo Car AB, Volvo Cars Corporation, Volvo Trademark Holding AB, Gunther Volvo Cars Coconut Creek, Gunther Motor Company, Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc., or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, licensors, agents, representatives, officers, directors, employees, attorneys, contractors, dealers, retailers, or service providers (collectively, the "Referenced Entities").
Any reference on this Site to Volvo, Volvo Cars, Certified by Volvo, Gunther Volvo, Gunther Volvo Cars Coconut Creek, Fidelity Warranty Services, or any other person, company, mark, product, or service is made solely for identification, commentary, criticism, comparison, reporting, petitioning, or discussion.
No statement on this Site is intended to imply sponsorship, endorsement, approval, agency, partnership, or operational control unless the Site expressly states that the statement is a quotation from a cited source.
Referenced Positions of Third Parties
The Site may quote, paraphrase, summarize, or comment on positions stated by third parties, including positions concerning dealership independence, operational responsibility, marketing, safety, servicing, warranty administration, or related matters.
To the extent the Site describes a third party's stated position, such description is offered to report on or comment on that position. It is not a concession by the Publisher, and it does not waive any argument, claim, defense, or contrary interpretation available to the Publisher.
Nature of Statements on the Site
Unless expressly stated otherwise, statements on this Site are intended as opinion, commentary, criticism, rhetorical characterization, inference, or document-based interpretation.
Where the Site discusses factual matters, it does so in good faith based on source materials the Publisher reasonably believes to be authentic, accurate, or fairly described at the time of publication. Those source materials may include public records, correspondence, contracts, service documents, mailers, website pages, policy documents, photos, and other materials cited, linked, excerpted, or described on the Site.
Readers are encouraged to review the source materials themselves and draw their own conclusions.
Source Materials and Editorial Excerpts
This Site may quote, paraphrase, summarize, excerpt, reproduce in part, display, link to, or comment on source materials for purposes including criticism, commentary, comparison, public discussion, consumer advocacy, reporting, and petitioning activity.
Excerpts may be shortened, highlighted, reformatted, or paired with headings or captions for readability, emphasis, chronology, or editorial context. Such editorial treatment does not purport to reproduce every word or every page of the underlying material.
Where practicable, the Site will identify the source material being discussed.
Accuracy, Clarifications, and Correction Requests
The Publisher aims to present source-based commentary in good faith. However, the Site may contain typographical errors, broken links, incomplete context, outdated information, or factual mistakes.
Any person or entity who believes that a specific statement on the Site is materially inaccurate, misleading, misquoted, misattributed, or missing necessary context may send a written correction request to the contact address listed below. A correction request should include:
- (1)The specific URL where the statement appears;
- (2)The exact statement challenged;
- (3)The reason it is alleged to be inaccurate or misleading;
- (4)The proposed correction or clarifying language; and
- (5)Supporting documents or source materials.
Upon receipt of a sufficiently specific request, the Publisher may review the request in good faith and may, in the Publisher's sole discretion, revise, annotate, clarify, supplement, respond to, or remove content.
No revision, clarification, annotation, or removal shall constitute an admission of falsity, fault, negligence, malice, liability, or damages.
No Legal, Professional, or Technical Advice
This Site is provided for informational, editorial, advocacy, and discussion purposes only. Nothing on the Site is legal advice, professional advice, engineering advice, safety advice, financial advice, or any other form of professional guidance.
No attorney-client, consultant-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship is created by access to, use of, or communication through the Site.
Third-Party Websites and External Content
The Site may link to third-party websites, social-media posts, documents, court records, statutes, articles, or other external materials. Such links are provided for convenience, transparency, and source reference.
The Publisher does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites or content, including their availability, accuracy, completeness, later revisions, privacy practices, or terms of use.
A link to third-party content does not imply endorsement of that content, or endorsement by the third party of this Site.
Use of Names, Marks, and Identifying References
All third-party names, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and product names remain the property of their respective owners.
Any use on this Site of a third-party name or mark is intended solely to identify the relevant person, company, product, service, document, or subject of commentary and is not intended to suggest sponsorship, source, affiliation, or endorsement.
Nothing on this Site claims ownership of any third-party intellectual property.

No Confidentiality for Unsolicited Submissions
If you send the Publisher emails, comments, messages, documents, or other materials through or in connection with the Site, you understand that unsolicited submissions are not automatically treated as confidential or privileged unless the Publisher expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Do not send confidential, proprietary, or privileged material unless you are prepared for the possibility that the Publisher may decline to treat it as confidential.

You agree not to use the Site in a manner that:
- (a)violates applicable law;

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Limitation of Liability
This section is intended to govern claims by Site users arising from Site use. It does not create rights in non-users and does not waive any defense, privilege, or protection available to the Publisher under applicable law.
No Admission; Reservation of Rights and Defenses
Nothing in these Terms, and no change to Site content, shall be construed as:
- (a)an admission of falsity, fault, negligence, malice, liability, damages, or wrongdoing;
- (b)a waiver of any claim, defense, privilege, immunity, or legal position;
- (c)a concession regarding agency, control, responsibility, causation, or damages; or
- (d)a promise to refrain from seeking legal, administrative, media, or public-interest remedies.
The Publisher expressly reserves all rights, arguments, privileges, and defenses available under applicable law.
Anti-SLAPP Notice — Florida Statute § 768.295
This Site constitutes a written statement made in connection with an issue of public interest — specifically, consumer safety in the automotive industry, the accountability of vehicle manufacturers for safety representations made to consumers, and the experiences of a private citizen and parent whose minor child was exposed to a firearm in a manufacturer-certified loaner vehicle.
Florida Statute § 768.295 — Florida's Anti-SLAPP (Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation) statute — prohibits the filing of lawsuits primarily intended to chill the valid exercise of constitutional rights of freedom of speech or petition in connection with a public issue. Any party that files such an action and fails to prevail is subject to dismissal and an award of the Publisher's attorney's fees, costs, and additional sanctions as the court deems necessary to deter repetition.
The Publisher's statements are grounded in documented primary evidence, personal experience, and constitutionally protected opinion and petition activity. The Publisher will vigorously assert all available defenses — including but not limited to Florida's Anti-SLAPP statute, the First Amendment, and the truth of the documented facts — in response to any action brought to suppress this Site's content.
Governing Law and Forum
To the extent a dispute arises between the Publisher and a Site user concerning the user's access to or use of the Site or these Terms, that dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and venue shall lie exclusively in the state courts located in Broward County, Florida, or, where proper federal jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
This section applies only to disputes that may lawfully be governed by agreement between the Publisher and a Site user. It does not bind non-users or non-parties who have not assented.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or, if necessary, severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Publisher and a Site user concerning use of the Site and supersede prior understandings concerning that subject.
